Head of Advanced Pricing Analytics

Role Description You will join Wakam’s Advanced Pricing Analytics Center of Excellence, within the Underwriting function. This team plays a central role in the technical profitability of Wakam’s portfolio by strengthening pricing frameworks, improving portfolio steering, and supporting underwriting decisions with robust analytics. It works closely with Line of Business Heads, Actuarial, Data, and Partner-facing teams across the organisation. This position is offered on an interim basis for 3 to 6 months, with a clear pathway to a 12-month fixed consultancy arrangement for the right candidate. Qualifications - Deep technical pricing expertise with extensive hands-on GLM development and deployment experience. - Hands-on experience with AKUR8 is preferred; experience with other comparable pricing platforms will be considered; knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques as applied to insurance pricing is expected. - Motor insurance background (commercial and personal lines) is essential; property experience (SME commercial and personal lines) is advantageous; experience across other lines including Accident & Health, Travel, and/or Extended Warranty is a nice to have. - Deep experience of at least one of the following European markets: France, Spain, or Italy; experience across more than one of these markets is strongly preferred; UK market experience is considered a distinct advantage. - Demonstrable track record of using technical pricing outputs to drive portfolio management decisions. - Strong communication and influencing skills; comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level. Requirements - Lead the development, validation, and ongoing governance of GLMs across the European portfolio; ensure models are technically robust, well-documented, and fit for regulatory and commercial purposes. - Leverage GLM outputs to drive a disciplined Actual vs Technical Price monitoring framework as the primary analytical activity, complemented by broader techniques including conversion modelling, demand and price elasticity modelling, retention modelling, and price optimisation. - Translate pricing model insights into clear performance reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders, with actionable underwriting and pricing recommendations anchored in technical analysis. - Act as primary technical authority for Wakam's AKUR8 environment. - Establish and embed pricing governance frameworks and best practice standards across European markets (France, Spain, Italy; UK support as required). - Work closely with Line of Business Heads on pricing strategy and portfolio performance; provide technical support and mentoring to LOB Pricing Leads. - Collaborate with Actuarial, Data, and Partner-facing teams across the organisation. Role Description Employees are responsible for triaging, investigating, and resolving potential instances of healthcare fraud and/or abusive conduct by medical professionals or providers. Using information from tips, complaints, external intelligence or behavior data, the medical community and law enforcement, employees conduct confidential investigations and document relevant findings and report any illegal activities in accordance with all laws and regulations. Identify, communicate, and recover losses as deemed appropriate. Role Description Onapsis is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to join its legal department. The ideal candidate will contribute to the preparation and review of legal documents, provide insightful analysis to support legal decision-making, and optimize legal processes, data management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
