Role Description Your responsibilities would include, but not limit to: - Implement pricing processes and tools across regions - Develop external price lists and pricing methodologies together with Sales, Finance, Group Transfer Pricing and Product Teams - Design and implement effective sales strategies to support revenue and profitability goals - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Group Transfer Pricing, Production and Product Management to gather, analyze and communicate data-driven insights - Collaborate with Legal to ensure and execute the compliance of the contractual terms with market practices and internal policies - Lead commercial contract negotiations and support successful deal closures - Support the organization in reducing margin leakage and ensuring pricing consistency - Contribute to long-term pricing strategy while managing short‑term priorities in a complex, multi‑company environment Qualifications - Minimum 3 years’ experience in pricing, commercial analysis or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and expertise in pricing strategy - Financial acumen combined with project management capabilities - Proactive approach and ability to drive initiatives independently - Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and experience with large data sets - Ability to work cross‑functionally and build trust across teams - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear conclusions - Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short‑term actions and long‑term goals - Good command of English (spoken and written) Requirements - University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field (will be an advantage) - Experience working in an international or multi‑company environment (will be an advantage) - Knowledge of pricing tools, ERP systems or data analytics platforms (will be an advantage) - Additional foreign languages (will be an advantage) Benefits - Stable employment in the reputable company DSI Underground, part of the international Sandvik Group - Work in an international, corporate environment - Co‑financing of training related to your career path
