Role Description We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the development and execution of a global marketing and brand strategy for a premium financial services platform. This role sits within the executive leadership team and is responsible for positioning the business as a trusted partner for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. The CMO will drive brand authority, client acquisition, and market presence through a combination of strategic partnerships, targeted engagement, and data-driven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Brand Strategy & Positioning: - Define and execute global brand strategy within the wealth management and investment landscape - Build a differentiated positioning targeting HNWI/UHNWI and institutional audiences - Ensure consistency across all markets and communication channels - Client Acquisition Strategy: - Develop targeted acquisition strategies for HNWI, UHNWI, and family offices - Build long-term relationship-driven marketing funnels - Segment and tailor outreach for private investors and institutional partners - Marketing Channels & Communication: - Manage a multi-channel ecosystem including: - Private events and exclusive forums - Strategic partnerships - Digital platforms and thought leadership - Ensure communication reflects a premium, discreet, and high-trust positioning - Strategic Partnerships & Market Presence: - Establish relationships across financial ecosystems, family offices, and private banking networks - Lead high-profile events, forums, and industry collaborations - Expand presence across key global financial hubs - Content, PR & Thought Leadership: - Oversee production of market insights, research, and investor-focused content - Drive PR strategy and executive visibility - Position leadership as industry thought leaders - Digital Strategy & Performance: - Lead digital marketing strategy (web, SEO, campaigns, investor communications) - Implement data-driven KPIs and performance tracking - Continuously optimize campaigns and client engagement models - Leadership & Collaboration: - Build and lead a high-performing marketing function - Partner with investment, product, and business development teams - Align marketing with revenue and client growth objectives Qualifications - 10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles within financial services (wealth management, private banking, fintech, asset management) - Proven experience marketing to HNWI/UHNWI audiences - Strong track record in building premium brands and driving client acquisition - Experience in complex, low-awareness or long sales cycle products - Exposure to global or multi-market campaigns - Strong background in partnerships, PR, and high-level events - Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics - Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills - Fluent English required Nice to Have - Experience with family offices or international investors - Background in fintech or alternative investments - Understanding of regulatory environments
