Role Description This role is to measure, analyze and optimize performance of AppViewX products. - 5+ years of experience as a performance test engineer. - Technically strong to do a deep-dive analysis into problem areas and contribute to redesigns that are faster, cleaner, and require less maintenance. Qualifications - Expertise in Load Testing, Stress, Endurance, availability, capacity and resilience testing. - Expertise in Jmeter/Loadrunner scripting and preparing performance test reports. - Experience with Kubernetes and microservices, log analysis. - Experience in Performance testing of SaaS applications in AWS with EKS. - Strong experience with commercial and open source code profiling tools (JProfiler, JVisualVM, JMC, etc.). - Thread / Heap Dump Analysis. - Mongo DB monitoring, profiling and query tuning by looking into query execution plans. - Good at Linux commands, OS monitoring commands and shell scripting. - Live monitoring tool expertise is preferred (Grafana, Influx DB, telegraf). - Understands system scalability concepts and develops methodologies to validate system capabilities. - Experience in application architecture and design techniques and familiarity with data modeling. Requirements - Good experience on working with auto scalable applications. - Should be able to analyze and propose right metrics to auto scale components in Kubernetes. - UI profiling with Fiddler and developer tools. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Hands on programming experience in Java or other common programming language. • Partner with field teams and office to identify areas in administrative and field operations business processes to improve. • Conduct onsite observations to observe and document field operations activities. • Develops and continuously refines standard work for the complete project lifecycle and detailed breakouts for each identified process. • Acts as team lead for Services improvement initiatives. • Solicits and evaluates feedback to determine appropriate actions. • Creates, delivers, and provides presentations on proposed business process improvements and enhancements. • Writes clear and detailed documentation for complex business processes. • Establishes, tracks, and holds stakeholders responsible for deliverable timelines. • Ensures all new best practices or new processes are integrated into process maps and identified to appropriate training entity. • Develop process layouts and workflows. • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

We’re looking for an experienced Water Resources Engineer to help us deliver stream, wetland, and stormwater restoration projects from concept through construction across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. This is a technical leadership role—ideal for a licensed engineer with advanced design skills, modeling proficiency, and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. You’ll be based out of one of our regional offices or design hubs, or working remotely, working closely with engineers, scientists, and project managers across disciplines. You’ll spend most of your time on technical design and coordination, with occasional travel for site assessments, field data collection, construction oversight, and agency meetings. Your day may include reviewing survey data, developing HEC-RAS or TR-55 models, creating grading plans in Civil 3D, or coordinating with permitting specialists and PMs. You’ll work with junior engineers to produce high-quality plan sets, run QA/QC reviews, and communicate with clients and agencies to support approval processes. In the field, you’ll perform site assessments and support QA/QC during construction to ensure plans are implemented as designed. Whether it’s creating concept plans or overseeing agency submittals, your work will help deliver real restoration on the ground.
