Role Description SuperCom, a provider of choice for Governments around the globe, is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The RSM will be responsible for adding new revenue through the development and pursuit of Government contracts for Offender Electronic Monitoring opportunities throughout the United States. - Develops and implements business plans. - Develops and maintains a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities. - Examines marketing and sales statistics to identify opportunities and devise strategies for maximum growth and increased market share. - Attends Tradeshows and other sales/marketing events as required. - Travel up to 50%, as needed. - Performs other duties as required. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - At least 5 years’ experience in sales. - Experience selling technology into the State and Local Government Sector. - Experience in the EM industry. - Experience in using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc). - Experience in responding to RFPs. - Knowledge of criminal justice/public safety industry a plus. - Proven success as a leading individual contributor and as a team player. - Experience building lasting sales relationships. - Experience negotiating multi-year services contracts. - Proven sales track record. Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 35 hours a week Position Summary: The Enrollment Specialist II is responsible for outreaching potential members, both adults and children for the purpose of enrolling in Health Home Care Management Services. The Enrollment Specialist II will primarily focus on engaging “high risk” members (HARP, Health Home Plus, etc.). The position will work collaboratively with community partners to identify and support our members (I.e. street level outreach, tabling events, etc.).
