Activities will be focused on developing, maintaining and managing sales opportunities for Leica Geosystems’ Geomatics - Construction Group. Desired Skills WHAT YOU GET TO DO: - Increase market share through the development of geomatics construction business with new and existing customers in the region - Assist existing customers by providing product and application training; job site demonstrations, installation scheduling, assist in field troubleshooting - Provide input on competitive products and activities - Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to promote growth of Leica’s geomatics product portfolio and achieve sales targets - Manage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on, or ideally above, target and implement plans to counteract deviations - Present and demonstrate Geomatics products and associated benefits for customers and resellers OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: - High level of technical ability utilizing robotic total stations and GNSS solutions for construction layout activities - Strong leadership skills including the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams, mobilizing people via excellent communication and clear objectives as well as demonstrating commitment to exceeding customer expectations - Extensive knowledge of the construction and surveying industries - Working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
