What you will do: - Identify and engage target customers across multi-site and facility-based organizations, including: - Retail chains (multi-location operations); - Hotels and hospitality groups; - Schools, universities, and campus environments; - Other large facilities with similar infrastructure profiles; - Ensure all prospecting and qualification activity is aligned with the core technical requirement, prioritizing facilities where centralized or scalable AC control challenges exist; - Focus outreach on organizations operating 30+ split AC units controlled via IR remote systems; - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified decision-makers within relevant operational and facility management functions across target industries. Qualifications - Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written); - Proven B2B outbound lead generation experience with a strong track record of booking qualified meetings; - Advanced prospecting and decision-maker targeting, with hands-on experience engaging Facilities, Operations, Energy, and General Management leaders; - Expertise in building highly targeted prospect lists and executing multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, and light call touches) aligned with ICP requirements; - Strong ability to qualify prospects against strict ICP criteria, ensuring sales-ready opportunities and high meeting quality; - Experience targeting sites or portfolios with 30+ split AC units controlled via IR remotes (non-thermostat-based systems), aligning outreach to technical and operational realities; - Commitment to professional outreach standards, including high deliverability practices, personalized messaging (no blasting/spam), opt-out management, and full awareness of GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance; - Comfortable tracking outreach activities and outcomes in HubSpot (preferred) or shared tracking systems, with consistent weekly performance reporting and insights; - Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
