Role Description We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to design and build the products that put AI in front of real users. This is applied engineering work: building responsive front-ends, robust back-ends, and the data and integration layers that connect them to AI systems running in business-critical environments. You'll take products from idea to deployment, owning the full path including architecture, implementation, performance, and the operational concerns that determine whether a system survives contact with users. What You'll Do - Design, implement, and ship products that wrap AI capabilities into user-friendly applications. - Build responsive front-ends, scalable back-end services, and the database and pipeline plumbing in between. - Work closely with AI engineers to integrate models, agents, and retrieval systems into customer-facing applications. - Own product performance metrics, including testing, observability, and feedback loops for confident iteration. - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and strategists, participating in client conversations from early scoping through delivery. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience shipping production web applications. - Background in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or another technical or scientific field. - Strong across the stack: comfortable in Python on the back-end (FastAPI or similar). - Confident with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling. - Familiar with relational databases and integration work connecting services. Requirements - Take engineering fundamentals seriously: CI/CD, testing, version control hygiene, and code quality matter. - Comfortable deploying on a major cloud provider (Azure preferred). - Understand how to balance performance, cost, and maintainability. - Experience debugging production systems. - Fluent in using AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and MCP-based workflows. Contract & Setup We are open to both permanent employment and long-term contractor arrangements. • Maintain and extend our WordPress and ReactJS platforms. • Implement and support API integrations (internal and external). • Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate Figma UI/UX into functional and responsive solutions. • Participate in the code review process, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

• Functions as an individual contributor and works independent of supervision • Capable of working independently and in teams to design and implement complex software programs and framework components • Serves as technical lead on development projects • Provides development strategy for a client and develops multi-year development approach on programs • Coordinates and plans all of the tasks required for the software development and implementation • Creates conceptual design and writes technical specifications for business requirements • Evaluates new technologies for solving technical problems • Guides Developer team on Proof of Concepts using new technologies and innovation • Recommends technologies and solutions to enhance the user experience • Prepares conceptual technical solution based on business requirements • Works on application integration with third-party systems • Identifies security issues and provides corrective action plan • Identifies and escalates program risks and issues to leadership, and assists in developing solutions • Participates in design sessions and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements • Collaborates with Business Analysis team to finalize the system design and technical solutions • Develops process flows, screen designs, and storyboarding to support system design • Provides the component level details and effort estimates to Development Principals and project managers for system Enhancements • Participates in peer reviews of detailed design and technical documentation • Performs code reviews and suggests improvement areas to Developer team • Prepares implementation checklists • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of development to ensure high quality • Demonstrates advanced expertise and contributes to the Development practice by publishing technology points of view through the creation of white papers • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
