Role Description We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to design and build the products that put AI in front of real users. This is applied engineering work: building responsive front-ends, robust back-ends, and the data and integration layers that connect them to AI systems running in business-critical environments. You'll take products from idea to deployment, owning the full path including architecture, implementation, performance, and the operational concerns that determine whether a system survives contact with users. What You'll Do - Design, implement, and ship products that wrap AI capabilities into user-friendly applications. - Build responsive front-ends, scalable back-end services, and the database and pipeline plumbing in between. - Work closely with AI engineers to integrate models, agents, and retrieval systems into customer-facing applications. - Own product performance metrics, including testing, observability, and feedback loops for confident iteration. - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and strategists, participating in client conversations from early scoping through delivery. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience shipping production web applications. - Background in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or another technical or scientific field. - Strong across the stack: comfortable in Python on the back-end (FastAPI or similar). - Confident with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling. - Familiar with relational databases and integration work connecting services. Requirements - Take engineering fundamentals seriously: CI/CD, testing, version control hygiene, and code quality matter. - Comfortable deploying on a major cloud provider (Azure preferred). - Understand how to balance performance, cost, and maintainability. - Experience debugging production systems. - Fluent in using AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and MCP-based workflows. Role Description We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to be part of our team develop cutting-edge AI-powered tools and applications, including agentic tools and predictive AI. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and user-centric products by building front-end interfaces and connecting them with robust back-end systems powered by AI models. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for building and implementing systems from the ground up. You would write production-level code while defining processes and best practices for future team growth. - Work together with a collaborative international team of engineers, designers and solution leads to understand customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic front-end user interfaces. - Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure applications meet high standards of usability and performance. - Collaborate with the AI engineering team to integrate data pipelines and AI logic into customer-facing applications. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building scalable web applications, and a degree in Computer Science or related field. - Experience in both backend (e.g. FastAPI, Python) and frontend (e.g. React, JavaScript, TypeScript). - Experience working with relational databases (e.g. PostgresSQL) and data ingestion pipelines. - Proven ability to deliver production-ready software for enterprise use. - Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international team. Requirements - Experienced working in a consulting or agency environment on project-based work. - Familiar with DevOps practices, including building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions, or Skaffold. - Familiar with deployment on one of the major cloud providers (preferably Azure). - Able to take charge of a project from conception till customer-ready production-grade deployment. - Passionate about continuously improving code quality by performing code reviews, and following best practices for testing and debugging. - Proficient in AI-assisted coding and are using the latest tools like Claude Code, Codex, and MCPs. - Willing to collaborate with the team to expand knowledge of new technologies and improve software development best practices.
