Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. - Experience with Qlik, Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools for reporting and visualisation. - Understanding of A/B testing principles, funnel metrics, and campaign performance. - Experience with Dialler systems and campaign setup (or the ability to learn quickly). - Strong communication skills, able to tell a clear story from the data. - Comfortable working with numbers related to Life Time Value, including predictive metrics. - Commercially minded with a natural curiosity about how to optimise. - Detail-oriented and thorough with a strong focus on accuracy. - Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise based on commercial impact, and work independently. - Collaborative and proactive in engaging stakeholders and challenging assumptions where needed.
