Position: Inbound Technical Sales Specialist Position Status: Full Time – Work from Home Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 10:00pm EST Rate of Pay: - $16.20-$16.50 CAD per hour + Commission (All other Provinces) - $18.90 CAD per hour + Commission (Ontario) Open to Residents of: - Nova Scotia - New Brunswick - Ontario - Prince Edward Island - Manitoba - Alberta Qualifications - Sales experience is a must, preferred outside sales experience (field sales an asset) - Excels in a target-driven environment - Relentless in chasing sales success and motivated to perform in a competitive environment - Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment - Experience in Customer Care, Retention is an asset - Strong ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to use sales scripting and dynamically adjusting to prospect needs - Familiarity with servicing customers in the United States an asset - Experience in telco or fiber internet sales an asset - The ability to navigate multiple computer systems - A flexible schedule (including evenings) Requirements - High Speed internet with a minimum 30mb/s download and 10mb/s upload speeds (No Satellite Internet) - A physical space where you can fit your PC and Monitor near a router or modem that is private and free of distraction. - You must be connected via Ethernet port and not by Wi-Fi. - Ability to download and use the Google Authenticator app. - Must have IOS 11 or Android version 10 (or newer).
