End-To-End Creative & Strategy Support Manager

• Own smaller initiatives and tactics end-to-end, from intake and briefing through execution and delivery • Contribute to creative development, messaging refinement, and execution planning • Develop and execute portfolio-level, agnostic messaging across initiatives • Partner with full-time team members to support strategic objectives without replacing core ownership • Manage timelines, deliverables, quality, and stakeholder expectations for assigned initiatives • Coordinate with project management and operational resources to ensure effective delivery • Adapt execution based on evolving priorities and feedback • Contribute to piloting new delivery processes with related EM/DM & Paid campaigns • Help transform current CC assets to new brand platform guidelines and visual identity, and deliver through overall approval processes.
Job Requirements
- Experience in marketing, creative strategy, messaging, or campaign execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across matrixed teams
- Ability to balance creative contribution with execution discipline
