Manager, Commercial Strategy
EVERSANA
• Create strategic solutions for EVERSANA clients and prospects in collaboration with business development and sales operations, emphasizing cross-functional service offerings to create a complete solution • Participate in scoping calls/meetings, solution development, meeting preparation, and presentation development as needed • Provide strategy and content (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for proactive proposal development • Support the development of market assessments for specific opportunities • Work collaboratively with internal market research as appropriate to support above • Collaborate with commercial operations to align budgets with strategy • Collaborate with marketing to develop content as appropriate • Collaborate with finance to validate financial assumptions as appropriate • All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 5 or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in outsourced commercial services to the pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of the life sciences product lifecycle and the services needed at each stage
- Strategic thinking and creativity to think “outside the box.”
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions.
- Proven, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
