Clinical Manager
BD
• Responsible for the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing and future product training programs • Plan the delivery of overall programs and activities in accordance with Bard Medical's mission and goals • Maintain forms and records to document program activities • Oversee the collection and maintenance of records for statistical purposes • Communicate with stakeholders to gain support for the program • Liaise with hospital leadership to ensure effective program delivery • Develop product training plans including hospital team members as needed • Monitor program activities regularly and conduct annual assessments
Job Requirements
- College graduate or equivalent
- Require license as a Registered Nurse
- Three (3+) years of patient care experience
- Hospital ICU/CCU/ED, leadership roles, committee presence, and/or charge nurse experience a plus
- Able to function independently with minimal guidance or supervision
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to work in sales environment with sales team
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to collect, analyze and present clinical data
- Must be proficient with computer (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Multi-task oriented
- Able to manage multiple customer accounts with strong organizational skills
- Able to assess problems and overcome objections.

• Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are identified and mitigated early. • Provide strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial terms. • Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution processes. • Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed. • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. • Support tendering processes, including drafting RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract awards. • Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Mentor junior contract administrators and commercial staff.
