Payroll Manager
NetBrain Technologies Inc.
• Own end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state U.S. and international payroll • Act as the primary liaison with external payroll vendors • Review, validate, and reconcile payroll inputs and outputs • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate employee data • Serve as a direct point of contact for employees regarding payroll questions • Manage payroll calendars and deadlines across time zones • Lead payroll audits and support inquiries • Develop and maintain payroll processes and controls • Identify and implement opportunities to improve payroll accuracy
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive payroll experience
- Strong experience coordinating with external payroll vendors
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations
- Project management experience is a plus
