• Lead all aspects of the end-to-end lifecycle of NVIDIA Gen AI Software Solution projects, from inception to deployment across multiple OEMs throughout the definition of a framework that contemplates all aspects from design, development, validation and deployment. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements, set project goals, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead multi-functional teams of Infrastructure and Software engineers, Product managers, encouraging a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring alignment to standard methodologies in Gen AI Software Solutions development and validation across OEM and our ecosystem partners. • Identify potential risks throughout the execution of the program, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Establish and supervise key program/project metrics to evaluate project progress and outcomes. • Stay updated on NVIDIA Gen AI Software Solutions industry trends and new technologies to determine the best project direction and strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years overall experience with 5+ years of experience in Gen AI Software and Solutions Project Management, with a focus on AI/ML solutions supporting external customers.
- Proven experience managing complex software projects with multi-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies including RAG, NIM and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to analyze and solve sophisticated problems in a fast-paced environment.
