Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
  • 9+ years of experience practicing at a law firm and/or in-house
  • Experience advising on consumer products and advertising/marketing issues
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to balance strategic guidance with hands-on execution

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Business Lawyer to support our value-based care initiatives and healthcare product innovation. This role will provide strategic legal guidance on contracting, regulatory compliance, and product development, with a strong emphasis on Medicare and Medicaid frameworks. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment and partnering cross-functionally to enable compliant growth.
