• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality to build high-performing agile teams. • Helping the team identify and remove obstacles that may impede progress. • Working closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog. • Supporting the Product Owner in communicating the product vision, goals, and backlog priorities to the team. • Ensuring Scrum principles are understood and practiced across the organization. • Monitoring team performance metrics and promote continuous improvement. • Fostering an environment of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. • Partnering with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to promote consistent agile practices across teams. • Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.

• Own the full delivery cycle: sprint planning, execution, release, and retrospectives • Proactively identify and remove blockers, escalating with context and solutions • Use Scrum/Kanban metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput) to improve delivery flow • Manage cross-team dependencies without slowing down progress • Actively use AI tools for reporting, sprint summaries, and process automation • Introduce and scale AI-driven practices in delivery workflows • Control scope and manage mid-sprint changes with clear communication • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable tasks and acceptance criteria • Foster a high-trust, psychologically safe team environment • Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives
