Founding Product Manager
Sailor Health
Role Description Sailor is looking for a Founding Product Manager to join as an early product leader. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define and launch AI-first products from scratch at a startup with extreme PMF. You’ll own core product strategy, drive execution across engineering and design, and shape how AI delivers real clinical impact at scale. Your Key Responsibilities - Drive product execution end-to-end: - Act as the central bridge across founders, engineering, design, and clinical teams. - Own prioritization, define success metrics, and drive rapid iteration from insight to shipped product. - Build AI coaches for patients: - Create AI voice-powered coaches that support cognitive health, mindfulness, and overall wellness. - Help patients stay engaged between sessions, practice therapeutic techniques, and build healthy routines in a natural, conversational way. - Build AI care agents for our healthcare providers: - Build and scale AI-native features including speech-to-text triage, care navigation copilots, auto-summarized progress notes, and intelligent intake. - Build our clinical operations layer: - Architect and ship the backbone of our care delivery engine, spanning patient scheduling, documentation, and revenue cycle management. - Leverage best-in-class healthcare APIs to deliver a seamless and scalable clinical operation. Qualifications - You have 2+ years of product experience. - You’ve built and shipped products end-to-end, ideally in fast-paced startup environments. - Technical fluency with React, Typescript, Node.js, and modern AI tools is a plus. - You have a burning desire to win, a track record of excellence, and a drive to build with urgency and precision. - You have strong intuition for user needs, high EQ, and a deep curiosity to understand the underlying business and clinical problems. - You instinctively think in terms of LLMs, agents, and automation, and are driven to push the frontier of how AI can transform healthcare. - You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by open-ended problems.
