Senior Strategy & Analytics Consultant, Lead Strategy & Analytics Consultant

• supporting each of our Supply Chain Groups in meeting their analytical, decision-making, reporting, and metrics requirements • serving as an expert in translating complex data into value-adding business insights and actionable findings • performing data exploration and data mining • developing and testing heuristics • creating and running analytical models • communicating results and conclusions in both written and oral presentation formats • creating business intelligence, dashboards, visualizations, and/or other advanced analytics reports • identifying unique opportunities to collect new data • designing new processes and building large, complex data sets • collaborating with database engineers and other scientists
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, OR Business
- 5 years related work experience
- In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 5 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 9 year(s) related work experience
- Master's Degree for Lead Strategy & Analytics Consultant
- 5 years related work experience
- In lieu of Master's degree(s) AND 5 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 12 year(s) related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience writing queries and developing data visualization tools for mining and synthesizing large datasets (e.g. Python, SQL, SAS, R, Power BI, etc.)
- Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and attention to detail skills
- Working knowledge of statistics, programming and predictive modeling
- Previous experience working in data mining or natural language processing
- Strong understanding of and ability to use programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL, SAS, R, Power BI, etc.)
- Previous experience in supply chain strategy and/or analytics groups
