• Configure and Deploy Azure Cloud Services utilizing Infrastructure As Code and Automation • Collaborate with Software Developers, gathering technical requirements and developing Infrastructure as Code to deploy Azure Cloud Services for customer-facing hosted applications • Work in a collaborative team environment, sharing, evaluating, and reviewing code, processes and operations • Develop, maintain and manage code in Azure DevOps/GIT working with Bicep, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and PowerShell • Full understanding of DevOps, Agile, Scrum and CI/CD methodology • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring security, compliance, scalability and resilience • Understand and implement security utilizing Users, Groups, and Permissions, both from Active Directory • As needed complete work during maintenance windows/off hours; act as an escalation point for 24 x 7 systems • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure, software, and systems connectivity • Administer and manage DataBricks, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory • Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans related to cloud services • Discover and implement opportunities to utilize Artificial Intelligence • Ability to train and mentor engineers to build growing team

• Build and configure CRM campaign components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Data Cloud), focusing on specific pieces of larger programs rather than full end-to-end ownership • Take independent ownership of key workstreams such as content builds, journey updates, automations, data extensions/queries, and QA tasks, delivering them on time and to spec • Implement and maintain personalization and segmentation using AMPscript, dynamic content, and SQL, following established patterns and best practices • Perform rigorous QA and validation for your work, including data checks, link and image validation, rendering tests, proofing across locales/brands, and journey/automation test cases against our standard QA playbooks • Monitor assigned journeys and automations for volume, failures, and anomalies; investigate issues across data, automation, and content layers and partner with senior specialists and platform teams on root cause analysis (RCA) and fixes • Troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with comms owners, localization teams, data stakeholders, and the broader Citadel team, clearly documenting findings, mitigations, and preventative actions • Keep build specs, QA results, and RCAs up to date in the appropriate tooling (Confluence, Jira, SFMC), ensuring clear handoffs and auditability • Participate in peer reviews (code, queries, QA) by both giving and receiving actionable feedback to improve quality and reduce defects • Contribute to process and tooling improvements by flagging recurring issues, proposing changes to QA/checklists, and helping pilot new automation or validation patterns • Work within an agile delivery model (sprint planning, standups, retros), providing accurate estimates for your work and raising risks early

Role Description The O&S Cloud Engineer is responsible for the deployment, provisioning, hardening, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and related cloud services, with a program focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role designs, builds, maintains, and enhances cloud environments to support mission-critical operations, ensuring security, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams and developers to implement resilient cloud-native solutions and automation frameworks, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. - Design, build, and deploy cloud-based computing services at scale within OCI. - Migrate systems and applications to OCI, ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing environments. - Formulate detailed network, storage, and compute design specifications to support dynamic cloud operations. - Manage cloud services including Identity and Access Management, Security Groups, and OCI-native services. - Utilize infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible), scripting (PowerShell), and CI/CD pipelines (CloudBees Jenkins) to automate and orchestrate cloud environments. - Develop scripts, templates, and automation for provisioning and configuring cloud resources. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate technical objectives into actionable requirements. - Review operational requirements with project teams and client stakeholders to support deployment and ongoing operations. - Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure, network design, best practices, and operational procedures. - Serve as a liaison to clients, participating in meetings to ensure technical needs are met. - Support cost management, performance optimization, disaster recovery planning, and cloud security initiatives. - Assist in identifying and planning new cloud services, features, and technical capabilities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience. - CSP Associate-level cloud certification in AWS, Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud (Professional-level certification preferred). - 8–15 years of IT experience, including: - 3–4 years of cloud engineering experience on one or more major platforms. - 4+ years supporting or debugging Windows or Linux operating systems in an engineering or administrative role. Requirements - Advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and shared security responsibilities. - Strong understanding of cloud-based backup and storage concepts. - Hands-on experience supporting enterprise server, backup, and storage solutions in the cloud. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced troubleshooting skills across storage, backups, server OS, and networks. - Proficiency in cloud command-line interfaces and advanced scripting. - Excellent documentation, communication, collaboration, and priority management skills. - Knowledge of information lifecycle management best practices.
