Role Description Planet Nine is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our international fleet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and coordination across multiple teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Communication with clients for trip related updates and needs - Communicate with other departments any operational needs or concerns - Input relevant trip details into scheduling software - Coordination of regulatory requirements i.e. APIS and eSecure filing - Adhere to Planet Nine’s operational policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards by completing required training and maintaining compliance across all assigned duties. - Adapt to evolving priorities by performing additional tasks or projects as needed to support team and organizational goals Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in aviation management software (FOS) and flight tracking systems - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Requirements - 3 years international aviation experience – 135 operations preferred Travel Requirements - Occasional travel as needed, one to two trips a year

Responsibilities may involve providing interpretation services in both in-person and virtual settings; translating written, electronic, audio, and video materials; reviewing and editing documents; and delivering foreign language instruction in classroom or virtual environments. Additional linguistic services may be required as needs arise. This announcement is an open, evergreen requisition intended to support multiple current and future requirements across YSG and TU. It is not tied to a specific client, project, organization, or location. Candidates who apply may be considered for a range of language support roles throughout the YSG/TU portfolio as opportunities become available.
