We expect you to be an AI-first developer who defaults to using AI coding assistants to write boilerplate, debug, and accelerate your daily work. You will act as the primary technical advisor for our customers and serve as a key stakeholder in our strategic relationship with Salesforce. Your time will be split between advising clients on architecture and building an internal team to help our clients maximize their MuleSoft investment. Responsibilities - Strategic Architecture & Client Advisory - Executive Consulting: Translate business process gaps into integration patterns. - Center of Excellence: Define integration best practices and train internal developers. - Salesforce & Data Cloud Strategy: Collaborate with Salesforce Architects on data sharing strategies. - Technical Delivery & Design - API Design First: Lead the design of RAML/OAS specifications. - Complex Transformation Logic: Own complex DataWeave transformations. - Resilience & Security: Architect for failure and define API security policies. - Deployment and Scale: Architect solutions that are container-ready. - Data Strategy & Technical Engineering - Complex Data Migrations: Lead strategy for high-volume data migrations. - Technical Agility & Problem Solving: Serve as the primary escalation point for integration challenges. - Mentorship & Growth - AI Workflow Mentorship: Share best practices on using AI tools. - Continuous Learning: Explore and pilot new features. - Mentorship & Management: Guide junior developers and explain technical concepts clearly. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on integration experience, with at least 3 years focused on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) is required; MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (Level 1) is highly preferred. - Experience in a Consulting or Professional Services environment is a major plus. Requirements - DataWeave Mastery: Deep understanding of DataWeave and complex payload mappings. - Salesforce Ecosystem: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Connectors and APIs. - AI Tooling Proficiency: Use of tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or MuleSoft Einstein. - ETL & Data Handling: Experience with ETL strategies and tools. - DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with deploying MuleSoft applications using CI/CD pipelines. Benefits - The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing professional services organization. - A flat, modern, high-integrity work culture with direct access to all levels of the team. - Medical and dental benefits. - An allowance to help set up your own home office. - Flexible remote work options to suit your role and lifestyle. - Paid time for training and reimbursement for certifications. - 20 hours of your workday over the year to spend doing volunteer work.

Senior AI Controls Solutions Engineer – Electrical Systems
PhaidraPhaidra is an industrial AI company. We create self-learning, intelligent control systems for industrial facilities. The physical world today is filled with static infrastructure. Factories, power plants, and other industrial facilities are frozen in time — they operate in the same way they've operated for decades because their control systems are hard-coded. And hard-coded systems cannot change, leading to performance degradation and a lack of resiliency. Phaidra creates AI-powered control systems that automatically learn, adapt, and get better over time. Just as autonomous vehicles get smarter over time, so too will future industrial facilities. Our team has already delivered 40% energy savings at Google's data centers, and we're rapidly bringing AI technology to other types of industrial facilities.
• You will work closely with the Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and Data Scientists (DSs), as the technical experts for Phaidra's customers. Your role is to use Phaidra's platform and tools to put AI into production. • As the subject matter expert, (SME), you will use Phaidra’s products and your knowledge of the customers' needs to create a model of the facility for ingestion by our product lineup. This will require working closely with our Data Science team. You’ll create a representation of the facility in Mort system builder, map tag data, review our Insights logic for facility specific requirements, and assist in analyzing and triaging these systems in the support phase. • You will work with the product team to identify and define product requirements based upon each customer’s specification and needs. You will work closely with other AI Controls Solutions Engineers and the Product team to ensure our automated tools enable Phaidra to scale across thousands of customers. • This role can include 25% travel.
