• Partner with the CPO to develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap that establishes Prism as the agentic operating platform for the data center — spanning diagnostics, triage, and the broader intelligence layer operators and executives depend on. • Work with the CPO to translate the platform vision into a sequenced, fundable roadmap, and drive it to delivery across teams. • Regularly visit and join calls with customers to see Prism in production and hear unfiltered feedback, not just what's escalated. • Translate floor-level customer pain into clear, high-quality product requirements, keeping teams close to real operator context. • Help drive expansion along two axes — connecting more of the data center’s operational and business systems, and advancing our insight & recommendations and supervised & autonomous control offerings. • Lead the delivery of key integrations that connect new systems into Prism, closing the loop from detection to diagnosis to action. • Partner with Engineering and Design to sequence and ship the platform capabilities that make broader, safer autonomy possible. • Support the expansion of Prism’s user base beyond the operations floor to new personas and buyers, including facilities and infrastructure leadership at hyperscale and neocloud operators, and partner with go-to-market and Finance on packaging and pricing. • Establish frameworks for prioritization, discovery, and risk mitigation; build high-quality product artifacts; coach and mentor other PMs, and help raise the standard for product practice — frameworks, artifacts, discovery rigor — across the team, not just within your own initiatives. • Own the metrics that define success in this role, including adoption across new systems and personas, progress along the insight-to-autonomy axis, and expansion revenue, and use them to guide prioritization and roadmap trade-offs. • Deeply understand the product architecture and participate actively in technical planning, so the strategy stays grounded in what the platform can actually do. • Help ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.

• Utilize existing data ingestion and delivery platforms to "teach" models to understand the physical world, filling a critical expertise gap in the data center industry. • Use telemetry tools to analyze sensor data across mechanical (chillers, pumps) and electrical (UPS, switchgear, power feeds) systems to identify "failure signatures" for LLM-driven monitoring tool. • Act as a primary user of platforms, identifying gaps in current mechanisms and collaborating with Engineering to influence future features and data quality. • Translate raw telemetry into "SME-level" logic and directions used by the LLM tool to guide data center operators in real-time. • Cultivate deep domain expertise in all facets of data center infrastructure. • Move from shadowing peers to directly supporting customers, using the platform to provide clear, data-backed direction on complex problems. • Oversee pilot projects to test how AI-driven SME tool interprets real-world stressors, ensuring the output is operationally realistic, accurate, and actionable. • Remain agile and proactive in a fast-moving team environment.

• Own the delivery of a scoped set of developer platform capabilities end-to-end (design, implementation, rollout, iteration). • Build and evolve paved roads (golden paths, service templates, scaffolding) that make it easy to deploy, operate, and scale services. • Run tight feedback loops with engineers across product and ML teams; measure adoption and eliminate common friction points. • Drive improvements to GitOps workflows via ArgoCD and Terraform automation via Atlantis. • Harden CI/CD on GitLab CI, including pipeline performance, safety, and developer ergonomics. • Design progressive delivery patterns (canary, blue/green) as reusable platform primitives. • Contribute to SLI/SLO frameworks and shared observability primitives (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry). • Participate in the platform team's on-call rotation; reduce toil through automation and better system design. • Improve incident response and postmortem practice so learnings translate into systemic fixes. • Embed secure-by-default patterns into platform templates (secrets, IAM, RBAC, NetworkPolicies). • Partner with security on compliance posture (SOC 2, ISO 27001) without slowing delivery. • Partner with infrastructure/SRE owners on Kubernetes and core cloud foundations (networking, storage, cluster/platform primitives) where it directly improves developer workflows. • Evolve cloud-native abstractions so the platform remains portable and resilient as our footprint grows (GCP today, with future optionality across providers).

You’ll create a representation of the facility in Mort system builder, map tag data, review our Insights logic for facility specific requirements, and assist in analyzing and triaging these systems in the support phase. • You will work with the product team to identify and define product requirements based upon each customer’s specification and needs. You will work closely with other AI Controls Solutions Engineers and the Product team to ensure our automated tools enable Phaidra to scale across thousands of customers. • This role can include 25% travel.
