Role Description We are seeking a strategic, systems-minded Director of Marketing Operations to lead the infrastructure, technology, and operational engine that powers our marketing organization. This leader will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing tech stack, lifecycle/email marketing operations, data governance, AI-driven transformation initiatives, campaign execution infrastructure, and delivering strategy and performance insights. This is a highly cross-functional role that reports into Demand Generation and partners closely with Revops, Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, and Finance. The Director of Marketing Operations ensures our marketing programs are efficient, scalable, data-driven, operationally sound, and tightly aligned to revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in marketing operations and technology leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing systems, processes, and teams in complex B2B environments. Key Responsibilities - Marketing Technology & Infrastructure - Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the marketing technology ecosystem. - Evaluate, implement, and optimize platforms across marketing automation, CRM integrations, attribution, analytics, personalization, data enrichment, and emerging AI solutions. - Ensure seamless integration across systems to enable accurate tracking, reporting, and lead flow. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budget for the martech stack. - Campaign Operations & Process Excellence - Build and refine campaign intake, prioritization, and execution processes. - Create scalable systems that support operational efficiency and high-velocity campaign execution. - Document and standardize best practices across marketing operations. - Oversee execution and optimization of email marketing, nurture programs, and lifecycle automation. - Ensure segmentation, targeting, personalization, and deliverability best practices. - Build scalable frameworks for campaign deployment and performance measurement. - Ensure strong governance of content management systems and site performance. - Maintain compliance with privacy and data regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). - Partner with Web Strategy, Demand Gen and Product Marketing to continuously improve site performance, UX, personalization, and conversion rates. - Analytics, Reporting & Revenue Alignment - Uncover, build and communicate data insight stories to executive team that inform strategic investment decisions across the funnel. - Partner closely with RevOps on pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, forecasting inputs, and performance measurement. - Collaborate on lifecycle stage definitions, lead scoring models, routing logic, and SLAs to ensure marketing contribution to pipeline is measurable and optimized. - Own marketing attribution models and executive-level dashboards that connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes. - Establish data governance standards and ensure marketing data integrity. - Team Leadership & Transformation - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Marketing Operations team. - Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, operational rigor, and continuous improvement. - Lead AI-driven strategy and operational initiatives that enhance marketing productivity, personalization, analytics, and campaign performance across Marketing organization. - Translate AI experimentation into scalable operational processes with clear governance and measurable impact. - Establish responsible AI practices, data standards, and enablement programs to support sustainable adoption. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, revenue operations, or related functions. - 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams. - Education technology industry experience preferred. - Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence skills. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights. - Deep expertise in marketing automation and technology platforms (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Hockeystack, Salesforce, Qualified, Gong), and website/CMS platforms. - Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, revenue funnels, and pipeline analytics. - Proven experience partnering with RevOps to drive pipeline reporting, attribution, and forecasting alignment. - Experience leading experimentation and conversion rate optimization programs. - Experience managing significant martech budgets and vendor relationships. - Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives and cross-functional change management. Director, GPS Quality Management Operations Location: US-TX-Home Office Full time General Description: This position has overall responsibility for Global Patient Safety (GPS) audit and inspection readiness activities, including leading inspection preparation and coordination efforts. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of Quality Events originating from inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring sources. The individual operates under the direction of the Senior Director, GPS Operations and Quality Management (QMO). The position contributes to the delivery of objectives and goals set for the GPS Quality Management Operations functional area.
