Role Description The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring that all revenue is accurately captured and properly recorded within the ERP system (SAP). - Requires strong attention to detail and full compliance with fiscal and regulatory requirements. - Ensures that all invoices meet SAT standards, including CFDI 4.0, payment complements, and alignment with internal corporate policies. - Involves close cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams to ensure alignment on pricing, order management, and daily operational execution. - Guarantees smooth and efficient billing processes in line with service standards. - Monitors and analyzes key billing metrics. - Prepares regular reports and proactively proposes process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Fluency in English is required. - Experience working with billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable processes. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP. - Solid understanding of Mexican tax regulations and invoicing requirements, including SAT compliance and CFDI 4.0. - Knowledge or experience with REPSE (Registro de Prestadoras de Servicios Especializados u Obras Especializadas) is a plus.
