Recruitment Lead

Elevate and Delegate

• Build and roll out smart recruitment strategies based on business and client needs • Anticipate hiring demand and stay ahead with strong talent pipelines • Find ways to improve sourcing channels and overall hiring efficiency • Be the go-to person for clients when it comes to hiring updates and needs • Get to know their business, culture, and what “great talent” looks like for them • Deliver strong candidates on time and keep client experience top-notch • Lead and support a team of recruiters to hit goals and grow in their roles • Coach the team on sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement • Set clear targets and keep everyone aligned and accountable • Oversee the full hiring process: from role intake to onboarding • Make sure everything runs smoothly across sourcing, interviews, and offers • Keep the bar high when it comes to candidate quality • Continuously improve how we hire to make things faster and better • Use tools, automation, and data to make smarter hiring decisions • Stay updated on trends and bring in fresh ideas • Track key metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire • Share insights and updates with both internal teams and clients • Use data to spot gaps and improve results • Make sure everything we do follows labor laws and data privacy rules • Keep hiring practices fair, ethical, and consistent • Build strong pipelines so we’re never starting from scratch • Strengthen LinkedIn presence, create job ads and ensure candidate conversion

Job Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency experience is a big plus)
  • Proven experience leading / mentoring a recruitment team
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with recruitment metrics
  • Familiar with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • A proactive self-starter who can work effectively with minimal direction
  • Strong personal and professional values, with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Someone who fosters a healthy, positive, and collaborative team environment
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
