Required - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred) and 4+ years in financial services with experience in credit risk, lending operations, or decisioning. - Strong Python programming expertise, including proficiency with core data structures, object-oriented programming principles, and standard libraries (pandas, NumPy, requests). - Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (Snowflake, SQL Server, or equivalent). - Solid understanding of modern system architecture concepts (microservices, APIs, event-driven design). - Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of version control (Git) and modern software development practices. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and drive initiatives through ambiguity. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate opportunities, trade-offs, and recommendations.
