Role Description Ecolab is seeking a Client Success Specialist I to join its EcoSure division, an industry leader in brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help our clients grow their business. Our associates are valued experts in brand standards, guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality. EcoSure clients include top brands in the hospitality industry including foodservice and hotels, as well as convenience stores, facilities, and long-term care. We are seeking professionals to play a critical role in developing meaningful client partnerships and revenue generating growth opportunities. What You Will Do - Present industry leading data driven business reviews geared towards client solutions and recommendations. - Internal field specialist communication and problem solving, which includes customer program education, coaching and question clarification. - Direct customer email and phone communication, which includes managing customer concerns, requests, and general program inquiries. - Dynamic and innovative ad hoc report creation and execution. - Data driven analyses and recommendations to help customers execute on objectives and drive a culture of brand protection and food safety awareness. - Cross-functional relationship building with IT, program insights, finance, field, and corporate accounts. - Collaborate with other divisions of Ecolab to support our customers. - Initial set up and maintenance of customer programs through database set up and project management. - Manage customer expectations and program components to be implemented by internal teams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or 6 plus years' experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center or professional business environment. - Fluent English. - Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to provide limited periodic support for field operations associates during nights and weekends, as business needs. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with conflict resolution. - Salesforce.com experience. - At least 1 year of account management or B2B sales experience. - A degree in Marketing / Business, Food Science, Mathematics / Statistics, or Hospitality preferred. - Professional internship or demonstrated leadership experience. - Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines. - Logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to be productive in both team and self-supporting environments. - Database experience and basic knowledge of statistics. - Experience processing large amounts of technical data (manuals). - Ability to handle confidential information. - Ability to present to medium or large groups. - Ability to learn unique and proprietary software. - Ability and willingness to travel for business (minimally).
