What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment: - Develop and implement Sitecore solutions, leveraging composable architecture principles and integrating various Sitecore cloud services such as XM Cloud, OrderCloud, Content Hub DAM, Personalize, and others. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content creators, to translate business requirements into technical solutions using a modular and scalable approach. - Customize and extend Sitecore XM Cloud functionalities using .NET/C# programming, Sitecore APIs, and other relevant technologies, while ensuring interoperability and modularity between different services. - Design and optimize content architecture, information architecture, and user journeys to deliver seamless and intuitive digital experiences, leveraging the capabilities of Sitecore Personalize for personalized content delivery. - Configure and manage Sitecore XM Cloud features such as workflows, templates, taxonomies, and security settings, integrating with Order Cloud for e-commerce functionalities and Content Hub DAM for managing digital assets. - Conduct peer code reviews, performance optimizations, and quality assurance testing to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions within a composable architecture framework. - Stay updated with the latest Sitecore cloud services, best practices, and industry trends related to composable architecture, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in solution design and development. - Participate in the Sitecore Community via User Groups & online chat forums. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team members on composable architecture concepts and Sitecore cloud services development & integrations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of progressive experience developing responsive commercial websites. - Sitecore XM Cloud Certification. - Experience in developing and implementing solutions with Sitecore XM Cloud. - Familiarity with Sitecore cloud services for composable architecture is a BIG plus to include OrderCloud, Content Hub DAM, Personalize, and others. - Strong proficiency in Front-End programming with React, Next.js, and GraphQL. - Knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. - Knowledge of the Feature Flagging deployment processes with LaunchDarkly is a plus. - Experience with composable architecture principles, microservices architecture, API-first development, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Knowledge of TypeScript and Chakra UI or similar. - Familiarity with linting, formatting, and conventions tools. - Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. - Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods during the workday.
