The client is planning a compact project, which will be predominantly remote, in the areas of: - E-Recruiting - Learning Solution - Talent Management Requirements: - Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management. - Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions. - Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms. - Experience with SCORM and Learning optimization. - Experience with SAP HCM Talent Management (incl.
