• Partner with senior product manager and director to develop and manage program KPIs; build models to inform/support future program strategy. • Provide data-driven recommendations to support roadmap planning and strategic initiatives. • Analyze product performance across auto/home partners and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement. • Conduct deep-dive analyses on ROI, customer journey analytics, funnel analysis, and retention; develop cost-of-acquisition factors by consumer segment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align on business objectives. • Serves as Business Data Steward for auto/home product data, ensuring accuracy and governance. • Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks. • Assists with or conducts competitive analysis/assessment/research for new delivery channels and product/partner enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in product analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics methods and experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI); knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Comfortable with data governance and integrity.
- Ability to apply strategic analysis models and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Financial acumen to interpret P&L, ROI, and other key metrics for product/program performance.

Role Description Join our team as an Actuarial Analyst, where you will use your expertise in mathematics, probability, statistics, and business principles to support a variety of actuarial functions, including: - Rating and pricing - Valuation - Healthcare economics - Financial forecasting Working closely with a team of actuaries, you will contribute to the actuarial aspects of health programs, ensuring a collaborative and comprehensive approach.
