Product Analyst

• Partner with Product Managers to define, measure and track North Star metrics and leading indicators for every initiative tackled, connecting them to the overall OKRs • Work with product managers to establish, implement, and analyze product conversion funnels. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and feature updates. • Serve as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from the design and product teams, providing them with the necessary insights to inform their decisions. • Bridge the communication and technical gap between the Product and Data departments, translating business needs into data requirements. • Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to event tracking or data loss. • Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts. • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on product performance to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Owner with a strong analytical focus in a SaaS environment
  • Proven hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Rudderstack, Segment or Userpilot including successful implementation and ongoing use.
  • Deep expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Proven track-record with A/B testing and feature rollout initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
