Job Requirements
- Experiência prévia de pelo menos 1 ano com atendimento ao cliente
- Experiência recente em atendimentos simultâneos e síncronos (chat) e/ou canais dinâmicos
- Excelente habilidade de comunicação, principalmente escrita
- Capacidade de adaptação em um ambiente dinâmico
- Gosta de realizar atendimento e ter contato com o público diariamente
- Conhecimento em Google Docs e Google Sheets.

Role Description GetixHealth is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy, forecasting, and performance insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to drive data-informed decisions, improve financial performance, and support company growth. This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for owning financial planning processes, building scalable models, and delivering actionable insights.
