Finance Manager

• Oversee monthly global reporting and support sales leadership. • Collaborate with teams on financial reviews and research projects. • Regular communication with international stakeholders. • Timely submission of reports, including monthly reporting to Japan. • Provide integrated financial planning, data collection, analysis, recommendations, and reporting. • Monitor customer and equipment financial results. • Review month-end close activities and support routine accounting transactions. • Prepare and review reporting packages and participate in promotional credit programs. • Prepare timely, accurate financial reporting, including forecasting, planning, and variance analysis. • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities with management. • Perform financial close activities ensuring compliance with GAAP. • Lead and support projects focused on improving business and financial performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • Experience with financial systems and applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex financial data, concepts, and instructions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
