Role Description GetixHealth is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy, forecasting, and performance insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to drive data-informed decisions, improve financial performance, and support company growth. This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for owning financial planning processes, building scalable models, and delivering actionable insights. • Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles by developing sophisticated strategic models that capture the unique complexities of our insurance and administrative services business model. • Serve as a key strategic partner to department heads, offering financial expertise and actionable guidance to help them achieve their operational and financial objectives. • Architect and automate high-impact management reporting packages that monitor KPIs, surface critical trends, and evaluate budget vs. actual performance for executive reviews and Board presentations. • Build and maintain advanced financial models to analyze client and broker profitability, claim and reserve dynamics, staffing requirements, and prospective M&A or partnership initiatives. • Optimize financial systems and workflows to enhance the speed and precision of reporting, with a dedicated focus on leveraging AI-driven tools to drive operational innovation.

• Build and own financial and operating models that inform pricing, demand, revenue strategy, and long-term planning • Generate insights from financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve performance • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario planning and variance analysis • Work with the CEO and VP of Development to determine short- and long-term fundraising needs, develop grant budgets, and manage expenditures against grants • Partner cross-functionally with program, development, and sales teams to align on priorities, track performance, and support execution • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and the Board • Evaluate new programs, partnerships, and growth opportunities through financial modeling and ROI analysis

Role Description Responsibilities include patient account follow up on all types of hospital claims. This includes following accounts through secondary and subsequent payers. Must have thorough knowledge of hospital managed care contracts, standard collection processes and state and federal regulations. An understanding of medical terminology and diagnosis and procedure coding is needed. Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent required. Requirements - Minimum three years of experience as a hospital collector. - Extensive knowledge of payer rules and regulations, including at least 2 years' experience with Texas Medicaid and government payers. - Microsoft Office literacy is needed. - Meditech experience a plus. - Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally by phone and in writing. - Must have good math skills. - Ability to receive, comprehend, and carry out instructions. - Ability to work safely with equipment, supplies, and materials. - Ability to comply with attendance requirements. - Ability to comply with Human Resource policies. Cash Management Support - Posting electronic payments received daily. - Print blank statements and review payments received. - Print and file payment batches by date, batch number. - Perform other duties as assigned.
