Job Description
VSL Video Editor, Short Format, E‑Commerce
4creatives
• Deep dive into audiences & ad concepts — you understand what triggers the target audience and translate that into creative, high-performing editing styles. • Edit videos that sell — produce high-converting ads for TikTok & Meta, from snappy UGC-style edits to podcast formats, and integrate subtle but effective animations. • Collaborate with copywriters & creators — as one of four cutting specialists, you implement scripts based on copywriter feedback, provide creative input, and bring your own ideas to optimize the ads. • Optimize editing processes — develop efficient workflows, use templates and automations to work faster and more effectively. • Keep trends on your radar and implement them innovatively — you know the latest TikTok & Meta editing trends and apply them to ads that stand out.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience editing for Meta & TikTok ads at an agency or for an e-commerce brand (or you’re simply an exceptional talent with a top-tier portfolio).
- Direct response editing skills — editing ads that convert is no problem for you.
- Comfortable with key software — Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop should be second nature to you.
- Creativity & out-of-the-box thinking — you love testing new editing elements and crafting killer hooks that capture attention.
- Self-responsibility & drive — you don’t need close supervision; you want to shape your work and continuously improve.
- Team spirit & sense of humor — we work closely, support each other and don’t take ourselves too seriously, but always stay focused on the goal.
Benefits
- Above-average salary — performance is rewarded, plain and simple.
- Maximum creative freedom — 100% remote, flexible, no micromanagement, no restrictive brand guidelines.
- Real impact — you’ll see directly how your ideas take brands to the next level.
- No boring corporate projects — we’re not a run-of-the-mill provider; we’re true growth partners for our clients.
- Fast implementation — no endless back-and-forth. Good ideas are tested immediately.
- Small, flexible team — maximum freedom, direct communication and a relaxed but goal-oriented culture.
