• Your mission: Google Ads – hands-on (approx. 60%) • You are responsible for the strategy, implementation and optimization of our largest paid channel – Google Ads with a substantial monthly six-figure budget • You create, analyze and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube • Testing & optimization: systematic A/B tests, deep data analysis, and clear actions to improve ROAS • You ensure our tracking is set up and functioning correctly • Build and maintain reporting for management and the team • Act as a sparring partner for budget allocation and quality checks • Identify new performance marketing channels and scale successful approaches
