Supervisor, HR Technology – Integration

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, Benefits) • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for HR systems usage and data integrity • Partner with HR leadership to align technology solutions with strategic workforce initiatives • Evaluate and implement new HR technology capabilities and enhancements • Lead HRIS efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence, system integration strategy, and execution • Manage data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities across systems • Develop integration roadmaps to transition acquired entities into Workday or other HR platforms • Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and data security requirements during integrations • Supervise, mentor, and develop HRIS analysts and support staff • Assign and prioritize workload, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects and support • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HRIS team • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations • Provide guidance and training to HR and business users on system functionality • Oversee development of dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday tools • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for compliance, audits, and business insights • Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies • Support internal and external audits related to HR systems and data
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, human resources management, business administration or a related field
- Combination of post-secondary education and Workday experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5 - 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday administration
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including HR system integration
- Deep expertise in Workday configuration and functionality
- Experience with data migration tools, integrations (EIB, APIs), and system interfaces
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
