Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst

Pax8

• Own critical reporting rhythms — deliver daily and monthly performance views that help sales leaders understand progress, trends, and where to act. • Audit and strengthen data quality — spot gaps, inconsistencies, and workflow issues early, keeping reporting trusted and decision-ready. • Improve how work flows — document current processes, map handoffs, measure friction, and recommend changes that reduce effort and increase clarity. • Help build smarter revenue workflows — support the rollout of new processes that streamline, automate, and scale how revenue work happens. • Partner across teams on strategic projects — jump into cross-functional initiatives, quantify impact, and bring structure to ambiguous problems. • Translate insight into action — communicate findings in a way that makes sense to different audiences, from sales leadership to operational partners.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, process improvement, or a closely related field in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce (customer relationship management) reporting, workflows, and process concepts — and a curiosity to keep optimising.
  • Ability to document processes clearly (mapping, measurement, gap analysis) and recommend improvements that simplify the work.
  • Comfort supporting indirect / partner-led transactions and the operational steps that sit behind them (order flows, agreements, approvals).
  • A detail-first mindset — you spot what others miss, and you care about accuracy, consistency, and trust in the data.
  • The ability to make sense of high-volume, sometimes contradictory information and turn it into a clear recommendation.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach — you build relationships, communicate thoughtfully, and bring calm structure to moving parts.
