Role Description We are hiring a Marketing Manager – Demand & Lead Generation / Growth Marketing to lead and execute data-driven demand generation strategies in a B2B environment. This is a fractional/part-time remote marketing role ideal for a senior marketer with deep expertise in pipeline generation, account-based marketing, and full-funnel optimisation. You will build and scale a high-performance revenue engine—owning strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads, accelerate conversions, and contribute directly to revenue growth. You’ll also collaborate closely with content, sales, and leadership teams to translate thought leadership into measurable pipeline impact. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aligned with client revenue goals - Design and manage integrated inbound and outbound campaigns to drive pipeline growth - Build and optimise full-funnel marketing journeys (awareness → acquisition → nurture → conversion) - Leverage marketing technology and AI tools to enhance campaign performance and pipeline velocity - Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including LinkedIn performance marketing - Develop high-converting lead magnets such as reports, guides, and industry insights - Implement account-based marketing and sales (ABM/ABMS) strategies targeting key prospects - Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns and structured nurture programmes - Collaborate with Content Marketing to convert thought leadership into lead-generating assets - Partner with sales, recruitment, and business development teams to align marketing with revenue goals - Work with internal subject matter experts and external marketing partners - Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns - Optimise CRM systems and ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting - Continuously improve landing pages, funnels, and overall campaign performance - Track and report on KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI - Analyse campaign performance and pipeline contribution to drive continuous improvement Qualifications - 10+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing - Proven success in building scalable demand generation engines and driving pipeline growth - Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM/ABMS) - Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services environments - Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and funnel optimisation - Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems - Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills Preferred Tools & Platforms - Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo - CRM systems: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive - Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, BI tools) Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience - Fully remote role with flexible work environment - High-impact position in a fast-scaling SaaS company - Clear career progression into senior growth or sales roles - Performance-based incentives tied to pipeline and conversions - Direct collaboration with international teams and leadership - Ongoing training in outbound sales, demos, and growth strategy
