Role Description Responsable de la gestión de un equipo de agentes a distancia asignados, revisando sus métricas, realizando feedback, coaching y capacitación para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos, enfocados siempre en la resolución en el primer contacto con calidad y eficiencia en busca de mejorar la experiencia de los clientes que se contactan al Contact Center. Responsibilities - Asegurar la mejora continua en la experiencia del cliente a distancia, realizando monitoreos de los canales de contacto a su cargo. - Implementar acciones que aporten al desarrollo de las personas de su equipo de manera de formar potenciales sucesores. - Evaluar el desempeño de los asesores a distancia asignados a su cargo para desarrollar sus habilidades mediante el feedback y coaching oportuno reforzando conductas deseables. - Cumplir con los lineamientos del área de Talento de Recursos Humanos para la gestión de personas de su equipo, promover una cultura de colaboración, apoyo, respeto, y feedback 360. - Realizar reuniones periódicas de seguimiento y de alineamiento con su equipo. - Realizar la actualización políticas y procedimientos del área conforme a las necesidades de la empresa. - Brindar soporte a los asesores para resolver problemas en el primer contacto y asegurándose que los operadores siguen las prácticas adecuadas de solución y gestión durante cada turno de trabajo. - Controlar el tiempo de respuestas en los sistemas que representen un tiempo de espera para el cliente, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de estados correctos verificación de puntualidad y control de tiempos excedidos y AHT. Qualifications - 1 año de experiencia en cargos de soporte a personal de contact center, atención al cliente presencial y/o ventas. - Egresado y/o titulado en administración de empresas, ingeniería comercial, sistemas, ingeniería industrial, finanzas y/o ramas afines.
