Role Description CYN is currently seeking a Bachelor's level Crisis Worker, overnight who will be available to handle crisis situations for runaway, locked out, or homeless youth. The ideal candidate will have: - A human services background - Good client engagement skills - Effectiveness at crisis intervention - Ability to work well independently as well as with a team - Reliability Coverage is on a rotating basis with possible hours being: - 5 pm - 9 am, Monday through Thursday - 5 pm Friday - 9 am Monday morning - All holidays Our crisis workers are well compensated and an important part of our team as often times this is the best time to engage clients in therapeutic work.
