Job Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or Business Operations in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Proven experience partnering with executive leadership (CRO, VP Sales, CMO, CFO, VP Finance) to drive strategic decisions
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset; able to translate data into clear business actions and outcomes
  • Deep expertise in KPI frameworks, forecasting, and revenue modeling
  • Strong data capabilities (Excel + ideally SQL / BI tools) with experience working on complex datasets
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end GTM (Marketing, Sales, CS), including pipeline and capacity planning
  • Hands-on experience with core RevOps systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Planhat or similar)
  • Strong financial acumen (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) and experience in planning and budgeting cycles
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • High ownership and hands-on mindset; able to operate across strategy and execution
