• Identificare e sviluppare opportunità di business con aziende di medie e grandi dimensioni. • Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita, dalla generazione di lead alla chiusura dei contratti, lavorando in sinergia con i team tecnici. • Costruire e mantenere relazioni di fiducia con i decisori chiave, dimostrando affidabilità e capacità di ascolto. • Tradurre i bisogni del cliente in soluzioni IT concrete, enfatizzando il valore e il ritorno sull’investimento. • Contribuire alla crescita dell’azienda attraverso una pianificazione disciplinata e un approccio strategico alla vendita.

Job Requirements

  • Esperienza di 5+ nella vendita diretta di servizi IT o soluzioni complesse (enterprise o PMI).
  • Eccellenti capacità di networking e standing professionale per dialogare con stakeholder di alto livello.
  • Disciplina e affidabilità nella gestione delle attività di vendita e nella costruzione di pipeline solide.
  • Attitudine consulenziale, con una spiccata capacità di analisi dei problemi e di proposizione di soluzioni personalizzate.
  • Conoscenza di base delle principali tecnologie cloud e software (un plus ma non obbligatorio).
  • Ottima padronanza dell’italiano e dell’inglese, sia scritto che parlato.
