Role Description Kohler Co. seeks Managers – Global Supply Planning & Capacity Management – FMV for its Kohler, WI location to ensure that sufficient supply is planned across the FMV product categories globally. Responsibilities include: - Ensure regional processes are effective and support all FMV regional supply planners. - Manage processes to ensure cross-region planning decisions are taken in the best interest of the global supply chain business. - Drive urgent actions for short-term recovery of supply shortages. - Identify actions needed to ensure supply will be sufficient to cover demand in the medium and long term. - Analyze capacities and allocation issues for all FMV Global supply sources in coordination with regional supply chain teams. - Support analysis of strategic supply decisions and identify/recommend changes in strategy. - Identify demand-supply imbalance issues/risks and drive decisions on appropriate actions. - Track actions, communicate status, and drive completion, including critical items to the Global ES&OP meeting. - Ensure clear communication of status, including demand-supply-inventory (DSI), requirements versus capacity, recovery actions, and impact to involved FMV teams and leaders. - Represent global FMV supply planning in various IBP and business planning forums. - Drive target setting and performance to achieve targets. - Ensure accurate, streamlined, and effective reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). - Maintain a list of approved and proposed capital investments impacting capacity. - Prepare 10-Year summaries of demand-supply-capacity in support of capital planning and other cases. - Provide support for scenarios involving more than one region to ensure supply plans incorporate product transitions. - Provide coaching and guidance to supply planning associates to build up the capability of the global team. - Drive continuous improvement of the supply planning process in support of supply chain transformation initiatives. - Provide leadership and model behaviors required to build a world-class supply chain planning capability. Salary: $138,150-$217,050/yr. 100% telecommuting/work from home permitted from anywhere in U.S. 20% domestic and international travel required. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager – Supply Planning-related occupation. - Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related field and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager – Supply Planning-related occupation. Role Description We are seeking a Senior Billing Manager to lead and optimize our billing function within a fast-paced media agency environment. This role will oversee day-to-day billing operations, manage a small team, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable billing practices across multiple regions and entities. Work Environment: This is a remote role based in Los Angeles, CA.
