• Own overall service delivery performance across assigned portfolio, including SLA’s, quality, Global, cost and throughput • Lead Supervisors and frontline teams to deliver high-quality, compliant ROI services • Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) and own daily and weekly staffing plans, schedules, and productivity management • Analyze KPIs (TAT, OTD, quality, productivity) to identify gaps and develop action plans • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DMPO, UAD, and all standardized operational procedures • Partner with Supervisors to coach staff, address performance issues, and support employee growth • Serve as the first point of operational escalation for site-level execution issues (not customer issues) • Coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) to address aging, exceptions, or workflow disruptions • Support training for new hires and ensure readiness to transition to centralized training (Phase 2) • Maintain an accurate skills matrix and assist with work assignment optimization • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and transformation pilots • Work with VPO to address concerns with Account Management team for client communication

Job Description As an RN Case Manager, you will partner with clinical teams to provide complex case management and strengthen the connection between the patient, the primary care physician/medical practice staff, and the patient’s care team. The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager is responsible for a specific patient population experiencing complex medical conditions, socio-economic, and/or mental health co-morbidities. Role Description Renewable Properties is seeking a talented Permitting Manager with experience in land use planning, environmental permitting, and project entitlements. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of environmental, land use, and permitting strategies for solar PV, battery energy storage projects, and other electrical infrastructure across the US with an emphasis in California. This position will report to the Permitting team and work to support Renewable Properties permitting efforts by proactively ensuring projects are designed to minimize potential adverse impacts to the natural environment and streamline the land use and regulatory review process. This position will assist in managing outside consultants, review of technical deliverables, and coordinate full and complete submittal packages to agencies. Additionally, this role will interface with internal and external project partners such as Interconnection Managers, Construction Managers, EPC contractors, legal counsel, and Asset Management. From time to time, this position will also manage development related diligence for project M&A opportunities. - Support project development team with screening and siting of prospective solar projects - Environmental due diligence on M&A projects - Manage and assist activities within the Company and with outside consultants to achieve all regulatory, siting, and environmental requirements and approvals needed to construct and operate a project in a manner consistent with Company objectives - Prepare and track milestone schedules, budgets and staffing requirements to complete permitting and compliance on assigned projects and assets with an eye toward avoidance and minimization of overly complex permitting requirements - Assist with preparation of applications to agencies; assist with representing Company's position in hearings and community workshops - Assist with management of consultants; assist the project public relations strategies; and provide documentation for siting, land use, wetland, and wildlife permits; represent the Company in policy discussions and developments regarding renewables permitting - Assist in negotiations with wildlife, land use, and other regulatory/resource agencies to achieve acceptable permit conditions consistent with project and Company goals, schedules, costs, and environmental protection - Coordinate closely with other internal business partners, including origination, project finance, construction, and asset management to facilitate the successful design, interconnection, construction, and long-term operation of projects - Assist Asset Management in identifying and appropriately scoping for conditions of approval that require long term monitoring and performance reporting - Assist in monitoring CAPEX expenses during development of projects, review invoices for accuracy and budget conformance, and coordinate with senior management as needed Qualifications - 3+ years' experience in land use permitting and environmental permitting - Proactive communicator and driven to advance team and company goals - Experience managing budgets and processes - Rigorous attention to detail, work ethic, personal responsibility, work product ownership and organizational skills - Strong project management, organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal, public speaking and influencing abilities coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Sophisticated understanding of the environmental, land use, and utility regulatory environment - Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment - Effective analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve time-sensitive issues with precision - Driven, resourceful and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment - Travel required as needed - Energy, real estate, engineering, or business-related master's degree is a plus Preferred - Experience with California entitlements and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) - Direct experience with BESS, PV, and/or EV charging infrastructure projects
