Qualifications - Baccalauréat requis. Un baccalauréat en sciences de la vie, microbiologie, ingénierie (biomédicale, électrique ou mécanique), technologie médicale ou commerce est privilégié. - Une à trois années d’expérience de travail dans un environnement de laboratoire à effectuer des tâches de diagnostic en chimie, en pathologie, en microbiologie ou en banque de sang (un atout). - Trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine des ventes, incluant la sollicitation de professionnels de la santé et de techniciens de laboratoire médical pour atteindre les objectifs de vente. - Expérience avec salesforce.com et PowerBI. - Expérience d’interaction avec la clientèle. - Solides compétences en gestion du personnel et en communication. - Compétences en dépannage et résolution de problèmes. - Capacité démontrée à établir les priorités de façon autonome. - Compétences en négociation et expérience des techniques et des cycles de vente. - Engagement envers les besoins des clients par l’écoute et la conversion de ceux-ci en plans d’action. - Service à la clientèle et esprit axé sur le client. - Compréhension approfondie de l’environnement des laboratoires de diagnostic, notamment : le flux de travail, l’entretien de l’équipement, le contrôle de la qualité, la validation des résultats et les opérations. - Bonne compréhension du processus d’approvisionnement dans son territoire ou sa province (regroupements d’achats, processus d’approbation gouvernementaux, approbations budgétaires, etc.). - Connaissance du processus de vente et expérience en gestion de comptes.
