Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Offerings and Intakes Nurse (RN) to support our Clinical team evaluating and performing quality control with dosing calculation inputs from partners and pharmacies. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, accuracy, and compliance of prescription (Rx) product offerings from our partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong pharmacy background - preferably with an understanding of common medications (including compounded medications) for dermatology, reproductive health, endocrinology, or weight management conditions with a deep understanding of dosing, pharmacological safety, and care coordination in a telehealth environment. This position reports to our Director, Clinical Operations and will work closely with clinical and customer teams to support an efficient onboarding process for partners. This position is fully remote and is expected to be available Monday through Friday during core hours to take video calls and meetings, with some intraday flexibility. Candidates must have access to a quiet, secure work environment and reliable high-speed internet. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years as an RN or Pharmacy Technician, preferably with experience working with compounding pharmacies and extensive experience reviewing dosing calculations. - Experience working for a telehealth company supporting internal quality review processes to support compliant care, strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety, and dosing calculations. - Exceptional attention to detail and sincere love of spreadsheets, color-coding, and minutia; Type A is a plus in this role! - Comfortable speaking as the SME on internal quality control measures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance on video calls with customers and internal teams. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely in a regulated healthcare environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences both synchronously and asynchronously. - Proficient with standard corporate tools for collaboration and task management, such as Slack, Gsuite, Asana, and Hubspot (preferred). Requirements - Offering Review & Validation: Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to assess partner-submitted Rx product offerings for format accuracy, therapeutic appropriateness, and clinical safety before order sets go live. - Quality Control: Perform quality checks on incoming clinical requests to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with clinical best practices. Coordinate with the internal clinical team, partners, and occasionally pharmacies to convert doses accurately according to provider instructions and standard medical protocols. - Compliance & Risk Management: Draft, add, and review safety and risk warnings for all Rx offerings. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with clinical safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes. Update partner accounts with appropriate documentation. - Intake Creation: Assist with the creation of medical intake forms in the software on behalf of partners. Collaborate with our internal clinical team to review for thoroughness and exceptional end user experience. - Error Tracking & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and track prescription-related errors, ensuring corrections are made before implementation. Work directly with our internal clinical team and external partners to ensure quality offerings. - Route of Administration Coordination: Communicate directly with pharmacies and prescribing providers to confirm the correct route of administration for medications and therapies. Identify and correct errors in the offering. - Triage & Communication: Act as a liaison with internal and external partners and pharmacies to triage requests, clarify ambiguities, and facilitate timely resolutions to ensure compliance and safety in dosing recommendations. • Provides exceptional administrative and patient care support in a virtual healthcare environment • Serves as a key point of contact for patients and clinical staff, handling inbound communications • Uploads and organizes lab results, coordinating prior authorization requests • Triaging tasks to appropriate team members • Answers and returns patient phone calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy • Provides clear instructions and follow up regarding lab testing and medication refills per physician notes • Supports patients in understanding next steps in their care and ensure a positive virtual care experience • Initiates, tracks, and follows up on prior authorization requests for medications • Collaborates with providers, nurses, and internal staff to maintain efficient telehealth workflows • Maintains strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and all applicable privacy and security regulations

• Lead and project manage the full onboarding journey of new partners, from kick-off to go-live, ensuring clear milestones, proactive communication, and timely execution. • Anticipate potential risks early, troubleshoot and escalate stalled or lagging partner progression by working closely with internal teams across CS, clinical, product and technical integrations teams. • Serve as the guide and advocate for assigned partners. • Act as the voice of the partner internally highlighting successes and opportunities with MDI’s service, platform and workflows. • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to provide feedback, relay product enhancements, and advocate for partner success. • Increase partner health, engagement, and satisfaction, escalating issues as needed while continuously driving toward long-term retention and expansion. • Track and report on key customer success metrics (NPS, csat, etc.) to executive and senior leadership. • Provide ongoing support, education, and training to partners post-launch, with a focus on a seamless experience and optimizing integrations, workflows, and product adoption. • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, best practices, and recommendations that align MDI’s solutions with partner growth goals. • Manage and maintain consistent documentation on the customer lifecycle in internal systems, such as HubSpot, Asana, and other project and task management tools. • Contribute to the development of key collateral, processes and defining standard expectations of work.
• Meet and exceed a monthly Outbound Opportunity quota by sourcing new prospects • Meet and exceed a monthly Held Discovery Meeting quota by pre-qualifying prospects • Generate outbound qualified leads through a multichannel approach of a minimum of 50 calls per day, email, and social media networking • Adhere to Service Level Agreements for responding to inbound calls, chats, and contact forms • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges • Participate in training sessions and industry events as needed
• Drive MDI’s full-cycle, high-velocity sales motion to meet acquisition quotas • Leverage best practices for conducting effective discovery and product demonstration • Qualify inbound leads and devote time to make 30 - 50 outbound calls daily • Log and document all requisite activity in HubSpot • Collaborate with the team, sharing industry and market news
• Organize and manage product vision with the CEO/Founder, President/COO, CTO, and other key team members internally. • Identify and prioritize value-added features that address the distinct needs of enterprise, SMB, and startup partners. • Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to translate strategic goals into a clear, prioritized ‘living and breathing’ product roadmap. • Define and communicate product investment boundaries by customer tier. • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual roadmap communications to various internal and external stakeholders. • Work closely with the CTO and engineering team to define requirements and ensure solutions are technically feasible. • Write clear product briefs and requirements that translate complex needs into actionable work. • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving telehealth expectations to inform product decisions. • Develop a deep understanding of users and buyers across enterprise, SMB, and startup partner segments. • Partner with Marketing to articulate clear product value propositions and messaging for enterprise, SMB, and startup partners.

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot, supporting Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance • Build, iterate, and continuously improve a newly implemented HubSpot instance, ensuring it scales with the business and meets the varied needs of users • Configure objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, permissions, and integrations to support evolving workflows • Maintain system hygiene, data quality, de-duplication of records, and documentation to ensure long-term usability and consistency • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales leadership, Customer Success, and Finance • Partner with RevOps to ensure reporting supports revenue visibility, quota tracking, activity tracking, exceptions reporting, forecasting inputs, and funnel performance analysis • Provide a centralized source of trusted data, using HubSpot as the key repository and bringing the organization’s evolving data and revenue operations strategy to life • Ensure automations reinforce consistent processes without creating unnecessary complexity or brittleness
