Associate Sales Development Representative
Rapid7
• You’ll be at the forefront of our sales engine, generating and qualifying high quality leads for our Account Executives across the Middle East and Africa. • Through proactive outreach—including cold calling, you’ll engage prospective customers and create new business opportunities. • While the phone is your primary tool, you’ll use a mix of channels to connect, qualify, and build pipeline. • You’ll then hand over strong opportunities to Account Executives, directly contributing to revenue growth. • Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries. • Conduct on-going research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting campaigns. • Follow-up on all leads generated by marketing and convert initial interest into sales accepted leads. • Articulate a sales pitch effectively, securing meetings for our Sales teams to promote Rapid7 and its key services. • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM. • Strategise with top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts to build pipeline. • Achieve quarterly targets to include qualified lead/meeting quota.
Job Requirements
- Proven success in customer-facing or sales roles, with a passion for delivering value and driving results
- Strong communicator and active listener, able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Commercially driven, with a focus on generating revenue through customer growth, retention, and expansion
- Highly collaborative, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to progress opportunities
- Demonstrates strong accountability, taking ownership of pipeline, targets, and customer outcomes
- Resilient and adaptable, able to overcome objections and navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Tenacious and competitive, with a proven ability to thrive in target-driven roles
- Curious and motivated to build expertise in cybersecurity products and services

- Highly organised team player, able to manage multiple accounts while contributing to a high-performing sales culture
- Fluent in English & Arabic; French language skills are a plus
