• You are responsible for the sustainable expansion of our partner business in the DACH region for Myfactory and Proffix. • In this role, you manage a clearly defined partner portfolio, drive partner-generated pipeline and deals, and ensure continuous revenue development. • As the primary point of contact for our strategic partners, you work closely with Sales, BDR and Marketing to scale growth and market presence in a targeted way.
Job Requirements
- You have solid experience in ERP or software partner sales in the DACH market.
- You have demonstrably taken responsibility for partner-based pipelines and revenue targets and successfully managed them.
- You possess strong commercial understanding in deal structuring, margin management and partner incentives.
- You bring strong qualification and deal-management skills and are comfortable working with frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC.
- With persuasion and structure, you enable partner organizations to independently build high-quality pipeline.
- You use data purposefully to continuously improve pipeline metrics, conversion rates and forecast accuracy.
- You act confidently in stakeholder management and collaborate effectively with Sales, BDR and Marketing.
- Your hands-on mentality and high execution strength enable you to work successfully in lean, dynamic structures.
